Jelveh respects your right to control your personal information.
If you have connected Jelveh to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, you may request deletion of information associated with your account or connected Meta services.
How to Disconnect Jelveh from Facebook or Instagram
If you no longer want Jelveh to access your Facebook or Instagram account, you may revoke Jelveh's access through your Meta or Facebook settings.
Depending on the Meta interface available to your account:
1. Log in to your Facebook or Meta account.
2. Open Settings & Privacy.
3. Open Settings.
4. Navigate to Apps and Websites, Business Integrations, or the equivalent connected-apps section.
5. Locate Jelveh.
6. Select Jelveh and choose Remove, Disconnect, or Revoke Access.
After authorization is revoked, Jelveh will no longer be able to obtain new information through that authorization.
Request Deletion of Data Stored by Jelveh
Revoking Meta access does not necessarily delete information that was previously stored by Jelveh.
To request deletion of stored information associated with your Jelveh account:
1. Sign in to your Jelveh account.
2. Disconnect the relevant Facebook or Instagram integration, where this option is available.
3. Submit a data deletion request through Jelveh's official support channel.

Include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account, such as:
- The email address or mobile number associated with your Jelveh account
- Your business or website name, if applicable
- The Facebook Page or Instagram account associated with the request, if applicable
Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes, or other sensitive authentication credentials.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Where applicable and subject to legal requirements, deletion may include:
- Jelveh user profile information
- Stored Meta account identifiers
- Facebook Page connection information
- Instagram account connection information
- Stored Meta access tokens
- Integration configuration
- Meta-derived information stored specifically for the connected service
- Other personal information associated with the deleted account
What Information May Be Retained?
Certain information may be retained where reasonably required for:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Accounting and transaction records
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of agreements
- Backup and disaster recovery processes
Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Processing Time
We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
Where additional verification is required to protect against unauthorized deletion, we may ask for further information before completing the request.
Account Deletion and Meta Data
If you request complete deletion of your Jelveh account, information associated with connected Facebook and Instagram integrations will also be scheduled for deletion unless retention is required by applicable law.
