By creating an account or using Jelveh services ("Jelveh"), the user agrees to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Jelveh is an online platform for creating and managing websites and providing tools related to businesses’ online presence.

User Account

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during registration or use of the service and must protect their account login information.

Activities carried out through a user account are considered to belong to the account holder unless evidence to the contrary exists.

Permitted Use of the Service

The user agrees to use Jelveh for lawful activities and to refrain from using the service to violate others’ rights, publish unlawful content, disrupt the service, or misuse Jelveh’s infrastructure.

The user is responsible for the content published on their website.

Third-Party Services

Some Jelveh features may connect to third-party services such as Google.

Use of these features is optional and occurs only after the user’s request and confirmation.

When connecting Google Search Console, the user authorizes Jelveh, within the scope of the permissions displayed by Google, to take the necessary actions to connect the site, verify the domain, manage the Sitemap, and retrieve information related to the site’s performance.

The user can revoke this access at any time through their Google account.

Content Ownership

Ownership of content uploaded or created by the user in Jelveh remains with the user, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The user grants Jelveh permission to process their content only as necessary to host, process, display, and provide the selected services.

Service Availability

Jelveh strives to provide the service in a stable and secure manner, but uninterrupted and 100% availability of the service or third-party services is not guaranteed.

Some features may depend on APIs, infrastructure, or services provided by other companies, and their performance may be outside Jelveh’s direct control.

Changes to Services

Jelveh may update certain features, the user interface, or the terms of service to improve security, performance, or user experience.

Significant changes will be communicated to users through appropriate channels when necessary.

Account Suspension or Restriction

In the event of service abuse, violation of laws, creation of a security risk, or use that harms the service or other users, Jelveh may restrict or suspend access to all or part of the services.

Ending Use

The user may stop using Jelveh and, if the relevant feature is available, request deletion of their account and information.

Access to connected services such as Google can also be revoked through the account associated with that service.

Privacy

The way user information is collected and used is explained on the Jelveh Privacy Policy page, and using Jelveh also constitutes acceptance of that policy.

Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated in the future. The current version will always be available on this page.
